The estate includes some perfectly restored buildings with typical Tuscan architecture. “LOCANDA PODERNOVO” RESTAURANT
The restaurant of “Locanda Podernovo” offers a typically Tuscan cuisine that uses only quality raw materials, some of which come directly from the farm’s organic vegetable garden and others purchased from small artisanal producers. The restaurant located inside the farmhouse, offers a menu of classic Tuscan dishes and dishes created by the Chef. The inn also offers cooking lessons to learn techniques and tricks to make each dish a dish to taste.

PODERNOVO WINERY
A real holiday in Tuscany includes living the Tuscan lifestyle, that is to approach the culture of wine and oil, as well as enjoying the wonderful views of the Tuscan countryside that evoke peace and tranquility. Tenuta Podernovo produces fine red wines: Teuto and Aliotto among the best known.
Inside the cellar where wines aged in fine barrels are produced. The guests of Casale Podernovo, accompanied by a guide, can learn about the world of viticulture, visiting the vineyards and tasting the wines produced by the estate.
