Talosa is one of the most famous winery of Montepulciano. The company has 33 hectares of vineyard at an altitude of 350-400 mt with clayed soil that produces fine wines like Nobile di Montepulciano. In fact, due to the special characteristics of the land, the Montepulciano area has a long tradition of wine production, since the Etruscans time.
The company also produces grappa and extra virgin olive oil and offers the visitor wine tasting and wine tours in their ancient Tuscan winery.

WINERY
Talosa has a historic winery dating back to 1500 located in the basement below the central square of Montepulciano. The galleries of the winery have been entirely built of bricks with vaults and niches that host the large oak barrels into mature Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
